A graduate of the University of Otago (NZ), Dr Grew initially studied for a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Psychology before obtaining her MBChB in 1992. Dr Grew worked as a junior doctor at hospitals in Christchurch for two years and gained her Diploma in Obstetrics in 1994. She worked as a Family Planning Consultant before commencing registrar training in pathology at Christchurch Hospital and at a community laboratory. In 2007 Dr Grew joined QML Pathology as a Consultant Pathologist (Histology and Cytology).
Special Interests: Cytology, and breast, gynaecological and gastrointestinal pathology.
