Some medical treatments require constant monitoring to ensure a patient's health. One such treatment is the use of the anticoagulation medication Warfarin.

The QML Pathology Warfarin Control Program is a free service that assists doctors in the monitoring and management of patients undergoing Warfarin Therapy. With a dedicated patient liaison team, our personnel are in contact with the patient to provide them with updated test results and dosing. This is supported by an education service which involves presentations and home visits to discuss the important factors when stabilising Warfarin dosage.
