A graduate of the University of Otago (NZ), Dr Grew initially studied for a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Psychology before obtaining her MBChB in 1992. Dr Grew worked as a junior doctor at hospitals in Christchurch for two years and gained her Diploma in Obstetrics in 1994. She also worked for several months as a Family Planning consultant. Dr Grew undertook her registrar training in pathology at Christchurch Hospital before moving to a community laboratory, where she worked for five years. Dr Grew joined QML Pathology in 2007.
Special Interests: Breast and gynaecological pathology, gastrointestinal pathology and cytology
